1. PimpProfits adheres to a strict No Spamming Policy, this Includes, but Is Not Limited to; E-Mail (with the Exception of Opt-In Mailing Lists) in addition all emails must be CAN-SPAM Compliant, Newsgroups, IRC, Instant Messaging, Hotline or AOL. If You Try, Your Account Will be Terminated without any Payout.

Pages You Send Traffic from Must Not Include Illegal Material. Including, but Not Limited to; Child Pornography, Violence, Bestiality, Passwords, and Warez/MP3 Sites. If You Try, Your Account will be Terminated without any Payout, and the Authorities will be Notified.

2. Payment details are as follows:

$25 - $30 Per Join Programs and $22 Console Free Join Program:

Console Free Joins Are $22 per Credit Card Join No Matter the Trial Price.

Rev-Share is 60/40 for the life of the member with a console free option at the same payout.

Pay Per Join Programs do not payout for check joins due to the large amount of check fruad. Phone joins are not paided out on pay per join programs. NetCash joins are paid at 50% for both pay per join programs and rev-share. Payments are paid out by Quixotic Entertainment. These payouts will be sent no later then 5 days after the end of following pay period.

3. PimpProfits is not liable for downtime due to the following reasons; faulty server, Internet weather, processor downtime, or other anomalies that may occur in the day to day operations of web sites. We will do our best to alert you to these conditions and provide you with alternative solutions should these situations occur.

4 Currently, companies from the following Countries are NOT allowed to partipate in the Pimp Profits program:

Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cuba, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen, and Yugoslavia.

5 PimpProfits Reserves the Right to Cancel Any Account Found to be Cheating the Specified Program in Any Way Whatsoever. Should this occur, a webmasters act of cheating the program will result in a forfeiture of their right to collect any and all sums in their account.

6 The free content provided in the webmaster promo material area is to be used only to promote PimpProfits websites. All pages where the content appears must have at least one link to a PimpProfits paysite. The pictures and videos must not be altered in any way except adding compression on the images or videos. Failure to do this is in violation of our terms.

7 You are Free to Send Traffic from a Website however You may Wish (Text Links, Banners, Consoles), as Long As it Doesn't Imply Something Illegal (such as Bestiality Links). Hot linking is not allowed to any material. You cannot instruct web surfers to cancel their membership after the trial period.

8 PimpProfits Reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice, due to illegal activity.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND QUIXOTIC ENTERTAINMENT. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN AND ARE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREOF. YOU CANNOT BECOME A MEMBER OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM UNLESS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED EACH AND EVERY TERM HEREOF.
